Diane is one of the only Yoga Sports’ Coaches and Hot Yoga Vinyasa Teacher's in the UK, has created her own unique sequence and style of Yoga. She has produced a ‘Stretching for Athletes DVD’, written for national magazine’s and works with GB Teams, as well with Formula One. She has trained with World leading yogis, David Swenson, Shiva Rea and Ana Forrest. Her company won the ‘Best Health Care provider in Bath’ at the coveted Bath Life Awards in it’s first full year of trading. She runs week-long Retreats worldwide. She is a Brand Ambassador for Sweaty Betty and Guest presents for Champneys.

1:1 - Who does it cater for?
Each 1:1 session is individual and is unique to you. You will discuss your main aims and areas you would like to work on and Diane has an experienced eye and training in biomechanics assessment, so can see key areas of the body that need prioritising, where posture can be improved and relaxation and flexibility increased. The technical understanding that you will leave with, is equivalent to around 5/6 classes per 1:1.

How much does it cost?
£50 per hour pro rata for a 1:1, small groups, Hen do's, Sports clubs and groups also catered for. Just ask locally, nationally and internationally available.
